Fresh out of college, I dove into the world of Claims, steadily climbing the corporate ladder and gathering invaluable experiences along the way. I've had the privilege of connecting with countless incredible individuals—from meticulously writing estimates for their cars to scaling their rooftops and everything in between. My adventure even took me to the frigid corridors of our corporate headquarters in Bloomington for four brisk years—brrr, it was way too cold for this Southern soul!

But now, I'm living the dream under the warm, sunny skies of Florida, where I absolutely thrive on helping customers. Jacksonville insurance is my passion! For over two decades, I've proudly served the vibrant Westside community of Jacksonville.
