As a proud New Orleans native, I embarked on my thrilling State Farm journey back in 1988 as an Summer intern. Fresh out of college, I dove into the world of Claims, steadily climbing the corporate ladder and gathering invaluable experiences along the way. I've had the privilege of connecting with many incredible individuals—from writing estimates on their cars to scaling their rooftops and everything in between. My adventure even took me to our corporate headquarters in Bloomington for four brisk years—brrr, it was way too cold for this Southern soul! You can tell by the videos of New Orleanians reacting to last years snow that this was not my thing :-)

But now, I'm living the dream under the warm, sunny Florida skies. I absolutely thrive on helping customers. Jacksonville insurance is my passion!
